Job Description


  • Identify, source and evaluate feasibility of investment opportunities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for appointed projects, including preparing marketing proposals & pitches, collaterals, cold calls, attending to enquiries and site inspections

  • Liaise with relevant government authorities on behalf of clients and prospective purchasers on planning approvals and directives

  • Acting as a point of contact with clients and to provide regular updates, progress reports, etc

  • Participate in collective sale exercises (i.e. en blocs), including attending meetings, presentations and communicating with external stakeholders

  • Supporting the team in any other activities or administrative duties where required




The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Real Estate / Estate Management or equivalent, preferably with some experience in the real estate consultancy business, real estate investment, marketing or valuation. 


A self-motivated individual who demonstrates reliability, flexibility and initiative, he/she should be used to working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail and have strong written and oral communication skills.
