Senior Executive / Manager
(Investment Sales, Capital Markets)
Identify, source and evaluate feasibility of investment opportunities
Prepare marketing proposals and pitches, conduct cold calls, research and analyze data, etc
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for appointed projects, collaterals, attend to enquiries and site inspections
Liaise with relevant government authorities on behalf of clients and prospective purchasers on planning approvals and directives
Act as a point of contact with clients, provide regular updates, progress reports, etc
Participate in collective sale exercises / en bloc sales, i.e. attend meetings, presentations and communicate with external stakeholders
Support the team in any other activities or administrative duties where required
The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Real Estate / Estate Management or equivalent, preferably with some experience in the real estate consultancy business, real estate investment, marketing or valuation.
A self-motivated individual who demonstrates reliability, flexibility and initiative, he/she should be used to working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail and have strong written and oral communication skills.
