OUR PEOPLE
Expertise built over decades, applied directly to every mandate.
Decades of combined experience across every major category of Singapore real estate transaction,
through multiple market cycles and shifts in the regulatory landscape.

Karamjit Singh
Chief Executive Officer
Karamjit has spent more than 30 years at the centre of Singapore's development land and investment property market. In 2002 he co-founded Credo Real Estate, building it into one of Singapore's most respected land sales and investment advisory firms before its acquisition by JLL Property Consultants in 2012. Following the merger, he served as Head of Investment Sales and Residential at the combined entity, overseeing some of the most significant real estate transactions of that period on behalf of corporates, family trusts, and collective sale vendors.

He has advised clients through multiple property cycles and regulatory shifts, developing a depth of market knowledge and a network of principal relationships that few advisers in Singapore can match.

He founded Delasa in 2020 to return to what he does best: providing senior, independent advice on the transactions that matter most, without the constraints of a large institutional organisation.

Our starting point is always your situation and your objectives,
not the transaction itself.

Pamela Kow
Director
Pamela has over 20 years of experience in development and land sales, with a personal transaction record spanning more than S$3.5 billion across Singapore's residential, commercial, and mixed-use markets. Her years at JLL and Credo Real Estate gave her a thorough grounding in Singapore's land and investment property market, including a depth of knowledge in development planning matters that few transaction advisers possess.
Her work includes landmark mandates such as the en bloc sale of Amber Park at S$907 million, Thong Sia Building at S$380 million, and Nanak Mansions at S$201 million, as well as the sale of 9 Cuscaden Road to a Hong Kong-listed group in their maiden Singapore acquisition. Each transaction required a different combination of market knowledge, stakeholder management, and negotiating discipline across collective sales, commercial divestments, and investment-grade assets.

At Delasa, she advises landowners, family offices, and institutions on transactions where the stakes carry weight beyond the numbers, bringing the same rigour and discretion to every engagement that has defined her career.
